50% deposit required to confirm a booking.
Provisional bookings are kept for a maximum of 48 hours, if no deposit is received they will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy –
If cancelled less than 48 hours before stay – 100% of the value of the booking is forfeited
If cancelled less than 7 days prior to stay – the deposit is forefitted
If cancelled more than 7 days prior to stay – 50% of the deposit value is forfeited.
All cancelations must be received in writing

No Hunting or fishing allowed.
Guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
